Hej,
Tack sa mycket for your wonderful explanation.
This winter I installed almost the same config than you.
And i tested it today for the first time as the boat is on sea now.
But I dont have good success.
I checked temperature with a biltema laser thermoter and I stopped the engine when the external temperature of the head cylinder reached 97 C degres.
Though the thermostat box was 86 C
(The thermostat is still a sea water one, so start to open at 60 and fully open a 80).
The electric pump for the glycol is running well.
The sea water pump (of the MD5A) seems to run well too. But maybe I need to replace the impeller.
Do you have a real difference of temperature between the sea water in and out temp of the plate heat exhanger?
In my case it is like the sea water out temp is around 30 deg while the glycol in and out temp from the plate heat exhanger is about 70 deg.
Ursakta att jag pratar inte svenska.
